Um 8 Uhr
heute Morgen heizte die Sonne das Zelt dermassen auf, dass wir es fluchtartig
verlassen mussten... Wir kochten Tee und Kaffee, frühstückten und genossen den
warmen Morgen. Dann hiess es wieder einmal zusammenpacken und alles in den Jeep
verfrachten. Um 10:30 Uhr waren wir bereit die Rückreise nach Hurghada
anzutreten...
At 8 am
this morning the sun heated up the tent that
much that we had to leave it
hastily... We cooked tea and coffee, had breakfast and enjoyed the warm morning. Then it was once again time to pack up and load everything
in the jeep. At
10:30 am we were ready to start our journey back to Hurghada...

Nach 3
Tagen mit Marey, der so viel Schalk und Humor hat, waren wir beide wie
übergeschnappt... da ihm die italienische Sprache so gut gefällt,
veritalienischten wir alle englischen wie arabischen Wörter, so entstand zum
Beispiel lunchato (lunch), shaiato (shai = Tee), inshallhato und
alhamdullilahto... : )
After 3 days with
Marey, who has so much wit and humor, we both
acted like crazy... because he likes the Italian language, we Italianized English as
well Arabic words, so we developed for
example lunchato, shaiato (shai = tea), inshallhato and alhamdullilahto
... : )

Um 12 Uhr
machten wir einen Mittagsrast im Wadi Bali und wurden immer stiller... denn der
Abschied nahte... : (
At noon we took
a lunch break at the Wadi Bali and became
more and more silent ... because farewell came
closer... : (

Komischerweise
begegneten wir auf dieser Tour weder einem Menschen noch einem Tier, das nicht
kreucht oder fleucht... Sonst gibt es immer wieder Kamele, die durch die Wüste
ziehen und Marey nimmt immer Unmengen an Lebensmittel mit damit er sie an
Beduinen verschenken kann! Marey ist bei weitem der grossherzigste und
sonnigste (im Sinne von grosszügig, freigiebig, fröhlich, sprühend und
leuchtend) Mensch, den ich kennen gelernt habe!
Strangely enough, on this trip we neither met a human nor an animal
that doesn’t crawl nor fly... Otherwise there
are always camels trekking
through the desert and Marey
always takes tons
of food so that he can give away to Bedouins! Marey
is by far the big-hearted and sunniest (in the
sense of generous, cheerful,
sparkling and bright) person I've met!

Um 14 Uhr
war es dann so weit, wir kamen im Hughada Marriott Red Sea Resort an und es
hiess Abschied nehmen... nach all der schönen Zeit war es zwar schwierig aber
ich war gleichzeitig dankbar für all die neuen und reichen Erfahrungen, die ich
um nichts in der Welt missen möchte! Wieder
einmal hatte Marey mich souverän und sicher durch die Wüste chauffiert und mir
all ihre Schönheiten näher gebracht…
At 2 pm it was finally time, we arrived at the Hughada Marriott Red Sea Resort and we had to say goodbye... after all the wonderful time it was difficult but at the same time I was also grateful for all the new and rich experiences that I would not want to have missed for anything in the world! Once again Marey had driven me through the desert confidently and safely and brought all its beauties closer to me...
Im Hotel wurde ich von allen wie eine Prinzessin zurückbegrüsst und erhielt ein wunderschönes Zimmer im 5. Stock für meine letzte Nacht hier - ich fühle mich hier mehr als zuhause! Und klar, dass ich gleich mit der Arbeit für meinen Blog begann...

Im Hotel wurde ich von allen wie eine Prinzessin zurückbegrüsst und erhielt ein wunderschönes Zimmer im 5. Stock für meine letzte Nacht hier - ich fühle mich hier mehr als zuhause! Und klar, dass ich gleich mit der Arbeit für meinen Blog begann...
At the
hotel I was welcomed back like a princess by all the staff and got a beautiful room on
the 5th floor for my last night
here - I feel
more than at home here! And I don’t need to say that I started to work
for my blog right away...
Before it got
dark I went for a run and swimming in the beautiful Red Sea for the last
time - moving after 4 days sitting in the jeep did me more than good!

Nachdem
ich meinen Wüstensand mit einem heissen Bad vom Körper gespült, meine Koffer
aus und wieder neu eingepackt und im Internet gearbeitet hatte, begab ich mich
um 21 Uhr noch einmal in mein Lieblingsrestaurant Tuscany und liess mich so
richtig verwöhnen...

After I had washed
off the desert sand with a hot bath from the body, repacked my bags and
worked in the internet, I went to
have dinner at my favorite restaurant Tuscany
at 9 pm and had myself treated...
